  • Acute illnesses like COVID-19 and the flu

  • Chronic diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes

 

Prescription Assistance Program
  • Free prescription medications and supplies

 

Referrals to Free or Low-cost Specialty Care, When Needed
  • Imaging, screening, diagnosis, treatment, surgery

 

Patient Education
